Sequence Timeline

X

This is the sequence timeline. Here you can quickly view how your images are sequenced. You can move them around by dragging on the name of the clip. The clip length can be increased by clicking and dragging on the right side of the dashed line. These values are referred to as the clip start time and clip length respectively.

By simply clicking on the name of a clip, it will turn yellow indicating that clip is selected for editing. The clips properties will then be exposed in the left sidebar. There you can have more exact control of the start time and length values. But more importantly, from the sidebar, you will be able to add effects and move the clips to different layers. More information on those effects will be available in the side bar.

KNOWN I S S U E S(known issues)

  1. You can't click and drag to move clips backward. However the start time can be decreased in the left panel.
  2. Increasing the start time from the left panel (instead of clicking and dragging to the right) will increase the start time but may not visually increase the gap between clips

Try moving clips to higher layers to crossfade effects!!

This certainly works better on a computer!! but all functions are still available on mobile. just clunky and less fun.

Adding Images

X

Click ADD IMAGE to add an image to the timeline that will be reffered to as a CLIP. By default that image will go to the end of layer one. You can change that using the options in the section below.

Clip Settings

X

Once you have selected a clip in the timeline (click on it and it will turn yellow) its properties will update in this section. Here you can manually edit the clip's start/end time, move it to another layer, remove it from the sequence, and add effects and transitions.

Render/Export Settings

X

Here you can adjust the settings of the output. Right now the sequencer can only export gifs, but planning on adding mp4 export in the near future. The dimensions and fps settings are experimental also... not sure if that will do what you expect. Not really sure if I plan on supporting higher resolutions.
